From the teaching archives: Saree Silverman (BFA 2011)
This beautiful set of prints by Saree Silverman, a prelude to her ambitious installation work, was produced in the cross-disciplinary class, Persuasive Graphics: Communicating Climate Change through Art and Design. An exciting cohort of students from art, design, engineering, and public policy worked together to address climate change as a multi-disciplinary field of research in the course team taught by Stamps Art & Design Professor Endi Poskovic and Engineering Professor Natalia Andreonova.
Since graduating from Michigan, Saree moved back to Los Angeles where she is pursuing a career in installation art and is currently working on a custom site-specific pieces influenced by mumuration - a flock of starlings.
